- This oolong is made in the traditional Taiwan high mountain oolong method. 1 bud 2 leaves. And YES, there will be stems in your oolong. Stems are necessary part of any properly made Taiwan traditional oolong, as during the oxidation (fermentation) and roasting process, the stems contribute to the softness, fragrance, and mouthfeel of the finished oolong.
- This oolong is from our boutique farm in Nantou, Taiwan. Our farm has been around for 25 plus years and now it is in the hands of second generation. From farm direct to you cup.
- This Jasmine Oolong is made using the fragrant and easy to drink Forever Spring oolong cultivar. Grown naturally on the hills of Nantou, Taiwan. Our farm is a small boutique tea farm that has consistently won awards in both the Spring and Winter Nantou Forever Spring cultivar competition. The latest win was the 2020 Winter harvest.

- Fresh Jasmine buds are layered in during the roasting process to impart this oolong the fragrant scent of Jasmine. Just before finishing, a further Jasmine Extract is added to give the already fragrant oolong tea the final layer of scent. This oolong is not for you if you do not want Jasmine extracts.
