- Hall motor controller: Features terminal block interfaces, comes with a standard heat sink, and has an integrated speed potentiometer on the board. Reversing the positive and negative power connections will cause permanent damage to some on-board chips (even for a few seconds under high current).
- Forward/reverse rotation uses non-delayed hard commutation, and braking causes significant impact. Do not operate these two functions when the motor runs at full speed under high voltage—forced operation may damage power transistors and chips. The speed throttle must be reduced to below 50% first.
- During normal operation, the motor output has sampled overcurrent protection. Due to the module’s high power and current, do not manually short-circuit it when the module is not working properly—short-circuiting may burn wires or blow transistors. For the first wiring test, use low current and low voltage. Only after confirming it works properly, switch to high current and high voltage. Never let high voltage come into contact with components on the board.
